After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

I’m very used to and high level of fast shipping and delivery of my past orders from Fortnums. However with my last order something went wrong, did not get picked up so was not delivered. After a couple of contacts with phone reps was assured replacement was picked packed and ready to be picked up, that may be but it wasn’t being collected either or delivered …. being at my wits end thankfully Yolanda contacted me. She ensured it did eventually get collected and delivered fast. She changed my frustrations into a solution after I had received the corporate standard cut and paste standard replies from reps in Cape Town SA. Thank you Yolanda, you restored my faith in Fortnums and thanks to you I’ll keep on ordering from the company.
The item wasn’t the best quality but customer service were attentive/response to my concerns
I didn’t receive my order, due to the incompetence of the delivery company.
I emailed them to inform them that I wanted to return something that was structurally unfit for purpose. I explained the problem and that I had packaged everything back into the postal box ready for return. They then attempted to frustrate the process by adding extra unnecessary demands, offering all sorts of ‘discounts’ to not return the product (basically asking if I’d still pay them some money to keep their rubbish and then dispose of it at my own cost on top of that). Eventually, I told them that if they kept trying to alienate me from my legal rights I’d report them, to which they issued a refund but ‘allowed’ me to not have to return the item. So now, I have to pay for the council to take it away, so I’ve still ended up out of pocket for it. However, I will be sending them the invoice for disposal. I will also be reporting them to Debenhams, through whom I purchased the item, as devious traders like this make me far more reluctant to buy from Debenhams in the future. Update: instead of any form of apology or attempt to do better, they instead reported my comment to TrustPilot and attempted them to have it removed/hidden from you. Thankfully TrustPilot are not in the habit of covering up justified and provable criticisms.
