We ordered a bed, and unfortunately, due to the number of parts and my husband's disability, we were unable to assemble it. I emailed the company, and they immediately offered a refund. This was fantastic and stress-free customer service; thank you so much. A special mention to Sam.

Exceptional Service and Quality Products!

I had a fantastic experience with this company! I ordered a garden light reindeer set, which arrived quickly and was of excellent quality. Although I encountered a slight issue with the product, the customer support team was exceptional. Excellent customer service

Although I felt it was slightly ridiculous that I was unable to correct something as simple as the wrong delivery address within minutes of placing an order, I was nevertheless impressed by the efforts made by the Customer Service team to sort things out. I received my refund quickly and am very satisfied.

Asked for a refund for a product not…

Asked for a refund for a product not fit for purpose, they needed to see pictures of the item but I hadn’t taken it out the box. Frustratingly long between replies for emails. Then offered me a 25% refund even though I had already said twice I just wanted to return the item, then offered me a 50% refund, to which I again said no I just want to return the item. Still waiting on the refund 10 days later. Don’t bother using them!!!!
