Brilliant service

Communication was very efficient when selling my house. I dealt with Eden who was very professional. I was kept updated every step of the way, which was great as I didn’t have to do any chasing. I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again. The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them. I received the asking price.

We can't praise Beercocks enough. From the marketing material to the professional, friendly staff. Our negotiator Jack was on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times. Their pre-sale marketing secured a sale without being advertised on Rightmove.

Beercocks Cottingham

Our experience with Beercocks Cottingham has been great. We have both sold our property and bought a new one and we have felt from the start that Beercocks was the right agent for us. We have dealt mainly with Hazel who is geniunely committed and helpful, but we have also had contact with other members of the team and the experience has always been positive and spotless.
