Brilliant service

Communication was very efficient when selling my house. I dealt with Eden who was very professional. I was kept updated every step of the way, which was great as I didn’t have to do any chasing. I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again. The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them. I received the asking price.

We can't praise Beercocks enough. From the marketing material to the professional, friendly staff. Our negotiator Jack was on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times. Their pre-sale marketing secured a sale without being advertised on Rightmove.

Excellent service from Beercocks

Our property was advised and sold by the Kingswood branch. Despite our initial sale falling through, the team at Kingswood remained confident and committed to finding us another buyer. Beercocks liaised with the solicitors and buyer and kept us informed throughout the process. Abbie was particularly helpful and this was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Beercocks.

The sale of our property was dealt with…

The sale of our property was dealt with at the Willerby office of Beercocks. We found the staff to be extremely helpful despite the fact that there were four family members to deal with as the probate for the property was in four names. They kept us informed at every step of the sale which is now progressing.

Fantastic team - 100% recommend!

Really friendly and professional team at Beercocks, they really make you feel looked after and like they genuinely want to help sell your house and for the right price as well. The photos of our home were great and the video made was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend them. Quick to respond and very helpful. Very supportive of someone new to the process as well. Staff so helpful and easy to talk too

All the staff from the office in Hull to the office in Barton were wonderful. Especially a lady called bellinda at the Barton office who was 100% supportive , made everything so easy and was funny absolutely brilliant. Thankyou so much
