Brilliant service

Communication was very efficient when selling my house. I dealt with Eden who was very professional. I was kept updated every step of the way, which was great as I didn’t have to do any chasing. I had a very good experience with Beercocks and would use them again. The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them. I received the asking price.

We can't praise Beercocks enough. From the marketing material to the professional, friendly staff. Our negotiator Jack was on the ball and kept us in the loop at all times. Their pre-sale marketing secured a sale without being advertised on Rightmove.

Friendly and approachable team members...

Belinda Dixon

Exceptional, the only way to put the work of Belinda at Barton/Willerby branch. I’m not too sure which she was based at but highly recommend and thank her for the work she did. We’ve had the house on the market for a good 8 months with another estate agents and had little to no interest, and annoyingly a potential buyer pulling out twice within 3 months. After changing agents and going to Beercocks, it’s obvious there is a gulf in class. We had numerous viewings, one after the other and in some cases, 4 viewings per day. Communication was spot on, I was always aware of what was going on and the quality of people coming through the door was second to none, all very strong potentials and after a collection of viewings we managed to sell for more than expected all thanks to Belinda Dixon. Thank you for everything you did, we now move into our new home on Monday:-)

Would recommend Beercocks

Beercocks have been very professional from the outset from organising a viewing to now proceeding with the purchase of our new property! They have been the only estate agents to make sure we were still attending our viewing which was reassuring seeing as we live 250 miles away. Katie was absolutely spot on throughout the process, upon viewing pretty much just left us to it with no pressure which is always personally our preferred way to view. She even babysat our 6 month old for a short while whilst we viewed outside in the torrential rain which was a lovely gesture. Also from making an offer to where we are now (SSTC) everything has been a smooth ride and handled well. Many thanks
