I ordered a t-shirt and pair of shorts for my son, the shorts were a great size but the t-shirt was to big, I messaged them had a reply really quick and exchanged all done within days, I was very impressed. I've just put my second order in downsized on the top and all fitted lovely.

Bought 4 x cargo bottoms. Various styles and 2 colours. Having now owned them for about 3 months and worn and washed them several times I am happy to day they are still in like new condition. No stitches fraying or bobbling. Seems like very decent quality especially at the price. I've just ordered more clothes from them as I'm so happy with what I got. Only downside is returns take a while to process (I changed sizes). I would also say sizes are big so bare that in mind when ordering.

I received a tracksuit that had white marks all over it. I emailed to complain with pictures and the response was essentially 'we dont believe it was sent out from our wearhouse in this condition and you have to pay the postage to sent it back yourself.' Effectively accusing me of lying even with the pictures. I have ordered from them many times before but this will most definitely be the last.

Absolutely crap!! My order came and was missing trainers!!! Opened the βrestβ of the package to discover the wrong size hoodie and T-shirt while the leggings where perfect. The details sheet along with the package states the exact items and CORRECT sizes ordered! I had to pay nearly β¬20 extra for customs only to be left having to return at my expense again?! Do not even bother ordering!!!! First and last time attempting to shop with this company!!

Now had 9 t-shirts from beck and Hersey ordered on 3 different occasions all 3 orders arrived within a week well packed, the t-shirts are very well made and true to size fitting for Β£4 a t shirt you can't go wrong nearly as cheap as Primark but 10 times the quality.
