I used Beal's when I was looking to move house. I found the service that I received from Charles, second to none. He was professional and friendly, and handled any questions I threw at him well. Made an initial enquiry with Beals in Fareham regarding them renting out a property for us. Of all the Agents we considered Beals (Amber in particular) were definitely the most helpful & efficient answering every question we asked . Needless to say we elected to use Beals to manage our letting. Thus far they have been really good and have kept us up to date with the whole process of first time landlords including our responsibilities etc. The costs were clearly explained to us and there were no hidden extras - very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them to any future customers.
