The experience was made great by the agent Louise. Any questions we had she answered efficiently and honestly. Anything Louise needed to find out for us was done quickly . With other agents we’ve used we were finding we had to chase them. Louise would keep us updated Which was good as we felt we knew what was going on all the time.
