10/10! Jack at the Waterlooville branch was super helpful and accommodating. He got an idea of what we were looking for, found ideal properties and managed to get us in for viewings promptly. Chloe, who we dealt with initially, was great and helped us secure a rental property. Aisha took over seamlessly when Chloe was away which was a pleasant surprise as that hasn’t been our experience with other estate agents! They kept us up to date throughout the process and we were in the new place within 2 weeks. I hope that all our interactions with them will continue to be this great! Would definitely recommend.
