Huge thanks to both Ben Foster and Emily Woodings at the North End branch of Beals for their assistance in selling my flat. Ben came to value the flat and was friendly, quickly understood my situation and took the time to answer my many questions. Placed a holding deposit witch ment it was taken of the market yet a fewndays later I told a friend about it and he had viewd and paid a holding deposit and yet we both have good credit and was both told are application had been rejected and we would not get are money back be interesting to know how many other people they did this

The team from the Bitterne branch in Southampton are really good. Very friendly and always ready to help. The whole process from viewing the property to actually moving in was smooth and really quick. I want to say special thank you to Natalia who’s the estate agent I was communicating with the most regarding the property and sorting out the documents, and also Chloe who was answering the phone sometimes and was always able to answer my questions.
