I sent back both items of clothing, on the 5th of January and was still billed my next clearway payment 2-3 days later. I have still yet to be refunded over 2 weeks after I sent them back recorded special delivery. So I know you received the goods back as I have an email explaining I have been refunded when infact you are still trying to charge me for the returned items through clearway which is outrageous. I will stay clear of this company and any brother apps yous/run aswell. I will make sure nobody I know buys from yous, nothing but a headache from the start of the purchase. Can yous please sort out my refund as I could really be doing with the money back, times are hard enough as it is.

Immediately after making the purchase, I noticed that the store has a lot of negative opinions and I was devastated that I would also suffer negative consequences because of the purchase. Well, it turned out completely different. I received what I ordered extra ahead of time. I give the store a well-deserved 5 stars!!!

This company is a scam, I Ordered 2 Tracksuits For Over £100, instead they sent me a small blanket, which i returned, i chased them up for over 2 weeks, they told me that they checked the cameras and everything was packed and sent to me, and the investigation is now closed. I asked them for the footage and they never showed me it. Sent them many emails, and after 15 emails they send you one message. No refund was given and no replacement. This company is a total scam. Do not order from here. They are good at making up lies and excuses to put the blame back on there customers. This company never takes responsibility or blame, they always blame there customers. I am not happy at all. Never again . . .
