I sent back 2 items of clothing
I sent back both items of clothing, on the 5th of January and was still billed my next clearway payment 2-3 days later. I have still yet to be refunded over 2 weeks after I sent them back recorded special delivery. So I know you received the goods back as I have an email explaining I have been refunded when infact you are still trying to charge me for the returned items through clearway which is outrageous. I will stay clear of this company and any brother apps yous/run aswell. I will make sure nobody I know buys from yous, nothing but a headache from the start of the purchase. Can yous please sort out my refund as I could really be doing with the money back, times are hard enough as it is.
