Appalling service, shockingly unstable website. "Unable to process order. No payment was collected" error on their app and they collected several sums of the same amount and not refunded it and their excuse is system error and would pay me back my money on PayPal which hasn't happened.

I found this company on the internet last week. I think I remember using them regularly about 20 years ago when they stocked Prada. I couldn’t believe their prices of True Religion! Seemed too good to be true. I bought jeans & t- shirt & expected disappointment & aggravation. However I’m thrilled to report the clothing arrived within a few days. The jeans are perfect fit & beyond a bargain! T-shirt is perfect too. I highly recommend & you can buy with confidence. Order ref 2001539976.

I got a late Christmas present from my mother. I contacted on the 10th of January to say I hadn't even tried the jeans on and would like to return them as I knew they weren't right for me. It turns out the date for returns was the 6th. I didn't want a refund, I wanted to exchange the jeans for another pair. The website was still selling the jeans I did not want so it should not have been too much of a grievance for them. Customer Service said I could not return them so I sent another email to see if there was anything they could do and I didn't get a response. Not good customer service.
The clothing and pricing is great but the delivery company are poor, they have lost 2 separate items of mine, the last one was a birthday present, may have to look somewhere else.
