Customer service not great
I got a late Christmas present from my mother. I contacted on the 10th of January to say I hadn't even tried the jeans on and would like to return them as I knew they weren't right for me. It turns out the date for returns was the 6th. I didn't want a refund, I wanted to exchange the jeans for another pair. The website was still selling the jeans I did not want so it should not have been too much of a grievance for them. Customer Service said I could not return them so I sent another email to see if there was anything they could do and I didn't get a response. Not good customer service.
