The staff were very friendly and courteous. We got a very quick transport to the Airport when we dropped off our vehicle. Great hire rates. Would use again.

Our group hired 3 x 12 seater vans and 2 x luggage trailers. The vans were older but well maintained, clean and well-suited to our group. The experience at pick up and drop off was welcoming and friendly (Liam) as well as efficient and thorough (Michael).

Bargain Car Rentals - Brisbane. Car was collected and was in good conditions - except the remote battery didn't work, or the internal light. Upon return of the vehicle - we were asked if there was a any new damage, to which we replied - NO. We did not wash or vacuum out the car prior to returning it but it was in a "clean and tidy condition" as no food, drink, or mud had been trampled into the car. A few days after leaving Australia, we received a bill for $300.00 on our Credit Card - for 5 hours of cleaning (the whole rental cost was $250.00) - we wrote to Bargain and they replied that this had been discussed with us - IT HAD NOT. I would suggest NEVER renting from this company and I will spend as much spare time as I have ensuring this no one else has to go through what we have had to endure. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Excellent customer service....We have rented a few different vehicles from all sorts of businesses and BRC is the best. (Close to home, great staff, affordable prices.) Have refered whanau and friends. Thanks...Greatly appreciated.

I love how we have a Hireace company in our area and 5mins up the road from me.. Amando and Valentina were the staff members that helped me during my month long rental.they are so friendly and helpful and just genuinely wanted to help ..thankz heaps guys

Staff at pickup and dropoff was helpfull and patient. I got a better and bigger car than I had expected based on the vehicle class I had chosen for hire. The price was by far the cheapest I could find. Car was in overall very good condition. Only the camera for reverse gear did not work and the car always steered slightly to the left (very slightly!). For the price I paid nothing to complain about. Top value for money!

I’ve just had another great experience renting a car from Bargain Rental Cars at Mt Wellington. Every time I visit Auckland I rent from the Mt Wellington branch - never had a problem. Good value cars, with wonderful friendly and efficient service. The staff at the Mt Wellington branch are always friendly and helpful, the cars have been very clean and ready to go. Highly recommend.

I have rented from Bargain Rental Cars multiple times now. The process is always incredibly easy and quick. Everyone is always friendly and greets you with a smile. I usually see Irene and Yongang. They are both very friendly and helpful. I will continue to use Bargain Rentals any time I need to rent a vehicle.
