I came to Banning for Invisalign…

I came to Banning for Invisalign treatment and spent around £3k. Dr. Stephanie was excellent—skilled, professional, and a real asset to the practice. However, the overall experience with Banning as an organisation was deeply disappointing. Once my treatment plan changed, the support system completely fell apart. Mistakes were made (wrong orders, unnecessary visits), and no one took proper responsibility. Promises to follow up were often ignored, and I felt like I was left chasing answers. There was no proactive communication, no sense of customer care, and definitely no justification for the high ratings they seem to receive online. If you are looking to be part of a nice looking factory experience, this is for you. I’m giving a low score not because of the dentist, but because the wider service was disorganised, dismissive, and failed to meet even basic expectations for a private clinic. Also they lack any form of complaints procedure with proper follow-ups.
