A professional, friendly, polite and committed letting agents. We mostly deal with Mandi and Eva and can’t praise them enough. They arrange to carry out repairs as soon as possible, have a fantastic communication and response rate and strike the right balance of being a dependable presence whilst allowing us to enjoy our home. We are very happy with Avery and can foresee ourselves staying in our home for a long time to come. 10/10

I have recently purchased my first property and Avery Estate Agency were the sellers choice. They were absolutely brilliant! Not only did they support me as a first time buyer, their communication was outstanding. Mandi in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. It took a long time to get to the finish line but we got there in the end. I would like to point out that Averys were not the problem with having to wait so long and Mandi was more than patient with the constant calls and Emails from me.

Daren, George and the team have given great customer service through the whole process and constantly kept me up to date.
