I have just bought a property that Avery managed the sale of. Throughout the process, Avery were always happy to act as a go-between and answer any queries I raised. Whenever I had questions for the seller or wished for things to be chased, they always acted professionally and got answers in a very timely manner. Should I look to sell the property myself in the future, my experience in dealing with Avery means I would very likely seek to utilise them again for this purpose. They also kept me well informed of progress throughout this process, as a first time buyer this was very helpful.

I have transferred from another letting agent to Averys and they managed the letting. I then sold a property and Daren and his team have been amazing. The letting and selling department sit in the same office and they can coordinate/communicate efficacity together. When I have telephoned, and Daren has not been unavailable, and I needed to leave a message he has always rang back immediately. Daren has been able to explain when I have needed, and he was able to accommodate the needs of the buyers for me by reassuring and assisting the sale forwards.
