We have had issues with our Samsung washing machine for the last 5 weeks and today it is finally fixed and working. Steve was our engineer and he was friendly, polite and patient. This wasn't an easy fix and required multiple visits. It was great to get Steve each time as he knew the issue from the get go. Thanks Steve for coming out multiple times and finally getting to the bottom of the issue. The only downside was the wait time between visits to order new parts and find an avaliable time slot for the Engineer due to how busy they are.

Had door seal went to use machine the seal all buckled and not been put round the drum so water is escaping

Took a few visits from different engineers and no one was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem beyond a couple of uses before the same fault would recur. So this rating is for John who diagnosed the fault and finally came up with a solution. He was professional and thorough. If only all engineers could be like him.

John arrived today, a day earlier than arranged due to a cancellation and managed to fix my tumble dryer in no time at all. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. Great service with a great outcome
