I took my old, tatty but much loved Audi - Demelza - in for a general sort-out. She had big scrapes on each corner, clouded headlamps, manky hood, alloy wheels scratched and battered. We discussed it and the guy really knew his stuff. The bumper was a bit out and he said at once that probably couldn't go right back but they'd do their best. And they did. I hardly recognised Demelza when I got her back, she looked almost new. The price was good, the guys were great and did just what they promised - and then some. Now my husband wants to get his Land Rover done there...

I needed to get some remedial work carried out to my vehicle at short notice so took it to Auto Prep. I was met by Simon who talked me through the work required, a suggested duration of the works and an idea of cost. When I dropped it off he even gave me a lift to the hire car centre! When I collected the vehicle it was ready when he said it would be, the quality of work was fantastic and the final price fell within the estimate. I would definitely use Auto Prep for any further work I have done.
