It was a great first trip the only reason I gave it four stars was when we made the reservation the lady in the office told us we were private and we could see people in there cabins from our hot tub. We had Bear Tracks. Also the parking was a little intense.
We never had a bad stay, we don't fret on the small stuff. Our past visit was to spend quality time with my dying father.

Cabin was clean checking in and out was extremely easy and no one called to bother us or cane by they said if we needed anything to call them and gave us a instruction folder that was very helpful
Check In was easy and the staff were very nice. Directions to the cabin were clear and easy. The cabin was exactly as described online. We will be using Auntie Belhams in the future.
We had to switch dates due to bad weather here in Louisiana and in Tennessee and with Auntie Belhams we had no problem with them working with us. Out stay at the Majestic View was Awesome. Great Cabins and Accomodations. All you need is there in the cabins. Bring your food and personal things and you will be fine.
This stay was at Heather’s Hideaway.. Staff and check in was as always wonderful. Cabin wasnt done so about 5 minutes after we left the code was text to us. Cabin well lighting wasnt good. No washer and dryer and with 3 children it wasnt too great. We packed light because every cabin we haved stayed in always had a washer and dryer so when u have to go to the laundry mat while on vacation well it wasnt too fun.. Jacuzzi was nasty. Dirt ring around the jacuzzi no chlorine in the floater. Yes they give u 2 hrs to check everything but something just cant all be checked out in 2 hrs.. All in all a good trip just wished the cabin was updated. They said it was a 3 bedroom but my husband hit his head on the attic walls just to get to our room. The kids used the 2 bedrooms downstairs so for privacy we used the make shift loft bedroom. Next trip we will definitely do more research.

The cabin was gorgeous! We had an awesome experience everyone was so friendly & helpful, the cabin was so clean and had everything plus more that we expected. I highly recommend Auntie Belhams! All this & they even give you free tickets! This place can't be beat!
Perfect for our family of 4, with 2 teens. Each of our boys had their own space to sleep and relax. Cabin is super clean and comfortable! Only drawback is the steep parking situation. It is steeper than most we have stayed in. However, there is a smaller gravel space to park in further down the driveway that makes it easier to maneuver. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the cabin, Amazing Views, was nothing short of wonderful! The cabin and surroundings were pristine! The beds were so very comfortable and all amenities were provided. We had the opportunity to relax by the fireplace and felt that we were close to all the sights of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying again!
