Mice in the cabin
We were in the cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin was nice and the location was good. The problem is that the cabin had mice. They were running between the ceiling and the roof and made our stay very uncomfortable. We pull through because we did not want them to kill the mice and use chemicals. We mentioned the problem at checkout time they did not even apologize for it or offer a partial refund. We would not recommend this place. ____________________________________ The reservation is at my wife name Ms. Setty. We called to report it and spoke with Jessica so you should already know about the problem. We heard squick noise and found mice excrement in the tab, so definitely not a squirrel. And we are not blaming anyone for the mice which we understand can happen, the lack of empathy and professionality when we reported it is the real problem. ‐------‐--------------------------------------- I really should not explain to you that I was ready to go the 2nd day, but my kids and my wife convinced me to stay and not to call because they would not want to wake up and find an agonizing mouse glued to a trap. From a business where we pay about 300 dollars per night we expect to hear 10 words when we call for a problem (in any moment of the stay or after). "We apologize sir, what can we do to make it right?", instead of hearing a bunch of excuses. I understand that not anyone has the same customer care and would appreciate if you stop answering.
