AudioDeluxe Reviews

I never had any problems or issues (bought 5 or 6 plugins), the sales are really worth it and most of the times better then on other sites, at least in Germany. Thanks for helping little artists out with those sales! Gz Down Dream

I believe customers service is where you gain loyal customers. Great customer service.

I had a small problem and the team got right on it with in a short period, I was back in business.

Logging in to your system has become a total pain. Endless login fails with the correct info and having to reverify every time via email and phone. Why are you hitting us with the Shopify verification crap. I’ve read the same on various threads. Until this is sorted I won’t be back.

Great prices, fast delivery, best bonus and the best customer service! I always check their prices first when I buy something

I’ve been buying plugins from AudioDeluxe for awhile now. They have great deals and lighting fast customer service! They had my questions answered in less than 2 minutes into me sending them the email! Upon giving them my thanks they kindly asked if I would take the time to write them a review. Without hesitation I came here to share my experience. I’m looking forward to doing more business with you guys 👍 cheers.

AudioDeluxe is very kind! // Since eight years being a customer : never issue! // Very attractive prices, the most cheapest over the Net // Very often, nice free music software gifts! // The Bucks, a fidelity rewards, is very cool, too // In a word : a Great website! //

I’ve been purchasing plugins from AudioDeluxe for over 12 years, and going back even further when they sold exclusively on eBay. I always check on their site before any plugin purchase. I usually find that they have a discount, but if not then there is often times a free plugin added to the purchase - and always DeluxeBucks that can be used in a future purchase. Like your favorite compressor, keep AudioDeluxe nearby to dial in the real deal!

Awesome software shop, good competitive prices and not the mention a fantastic service when you have problems, quick response and even faster solution. keep it up!! highly recommended site

Used Audio Deluxe for two years now and have bought a lot of stuff from them. Always great prices, quick delivery of licences and never had an problem with them. Great.

I've been a customer for over a year now, and every interaction with AudioDeluxe and their customer service has been awesome. Super prompt and friendly service, amazing products, and fantastic prices. Definitely recommend!

Great support!!!!

Unlike x amount of bogus plugin sites AudioDeluxe are the real deal, legit plugs at good prices, rest my case.

I accidentally purchased a product I already owned. I thought I wouldn't see a fix for my issue, but within an hour audiodeluxe had sorted out everything and relived my anxiety. Thanks a lot!

Service au top, qualité pro.A réglé mes problèmes rapidement.

I have bought a fair bit of music software from this company over the last 10 or so years. I have rarely had an issue in that time, but when I have - like yesterday, they always solve things quickly. I had bought some software 2 years ago and never registered or installed it. I went to do so yesterday and the licence I was given wouldn't work - said it was already registered to someone else. So I emailed - not expecting a lot, given this was from 2 years ago! A few hours later I got a message back saying that had been solved and the new licence put in my account. This one worked perfectly when I tried it. Great service. They also always offer excellent deals too with some of the best prices anywhere - which is why I buy from them in the USA, even though I'm in the UK. I recommend Audio Deluxe without reservation.

The best option to buy plugins. I have bought with AudioDeluxe ALL plugins that I own. I don't know how, but their price is the best on the internet. 100% guarantee, I can only say great things abou them! Thanks AudioDeluxe for the amazing job!

Did not complete the payment via Paypal: the way they have implemented is using what is called a ‘man in the middle’ attack. They are able to see (and abuse) your paypal account. Do not do this! Update: I’ve checked with other people and they assured me that it is legitimate site, so I retried. Now the checkout process went the way it should. The plugin itself is not theirs, but is a rather solid one (Tokyo Dawn Labs Limiter GE). Make sure you are on the .com. NOT the .shop: the latter is not trustworthy.

I’d avoid Audio Deluxe… have used them in the past and it’s been ok but the moment something goes wrong or you need any support, they completely blank you. They also don’t make it clear enough when they sell obsolete plugins or ones which require further physical purchases. Avoid.

I´ve been buying plugins and audio related software from AudioDeluxe for over 5 years now and I´ve never had anything but a very positive experience with them and I have over 60 transactions with them, some including multiple products. Their support is very quick and efficient, I´ve had to contact them a few times and alway had a quick and satisfactory resolution to all my problems. I can take for example the lates one where I bought an upgrade for PreSonus Studio One 7 Pro from an older version. I could not register it on my account at presonus and contacted PreSonus tech support to help me sort it out. I also sent an email to AudioDeluxe to notify them and ask if they had any advice for me. Well within an hour, AudioDeluxe sent me a reply with a resolution to my problem. Presonus Techsupport took 3 days to answer me and only sent me some generic solutions that really had nothing to do with my problem and didn´t solve anything. I also love their DeluxeBucks reward system which is easy to use and very generous. They periodically have the best prices on plugins out there. I can highly recommend using their services.
