Though the size of my combat boot of Hogan is out (It was in stock when I placed my order), the customer service reached out me at once and offered the solution for one size up for a try. And Atterley promised that if the recommended size would not work, the boots can be returned at Atterley's cost. Thanks to the agent's recommendation, the recommended size also fits me well with a surprise. So I figured it out that the customer agent (whom called Mary in Atterley) knows her brands and products well there. The most important, the price of the boots is discounted for a best deal so far I haven't seen anywhere else. After the prompt online email talks, Atterley shipped out and delivered my order ASAP via DHL internationally. Love Atterley and definitely will keep shopping here.

I ordering a Jakke Heather faux fur jacket in dark teal and the delivery and ordering process was good. The product in the picture was delivered to me. However, the item I ordered did not have the size on the label. So unsure if what I ordered was a size 14 as advertised. I have checked the jakke website and all jackets and coats have the size on the label in the neck. Makes me wonder is it the right size and a brand new jacket🙄

What saved my experience was the attentive pleasant and helpful customer service. I couldn’t return my articles as the system said my e mail didn’t match my order number. When I contacted customer service they arranged the dhl pick up and sent me the paperwork and at all times were helpful and speedily responsive. I would definitely look at their website again even though on this occasion the garments didn’t suit. As an aside, I wish all companies either sent a returns label still or asked you to pay for it when you order the clothes. If you don’t have a printer and live a distance it can all be a faff and put you off ordering. Anyway Atterley you were really good-thank you!

Ordered the wrong size and customer service just “handled” everything. I got the correct size in record time also! Even in the states!!!! I would definitely shop here again.
