I made a purchase on 13Nov2022, but I did not receive any email order confirmation. I emailed customer service on 14Nov2022 and received a reply on 15Nov2022 confirming the order as well as the shipment. Processing was speedy. If I were to receive the order confirmation email when my credit card was charged, I would give 5 stars. Nice product & nice packaging too.
