What saved my experience was the attentive pleasant and helpful customer service. I couldn’t return my articles as the system said my e mail didn’t match my order number. When I contacted customer service they arranged the dhl pick up and sent me the paperwork and at all times were helpful and speedily responsive. I would definitely look at their website again even though on this occasion the garments didn’t suit. As an aside, I wish all companies either sent a returns label still or asked you to pay for it when you order the clothes. If you don’t have a printer and live a distance it can all be a faff and put you off ordering. Anyway Atterley you were really good-thank you!
