One of my orders had not been delivered and customer support was able to solve my issue quickly, sending me a replacement package.

I am yet to receive my product. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I wanted the pieces for my overseas holiday. They use a 3rd party service and my items have been left sitting at the facility for 6 days with no response or movement. Although I have been offered a replacement product, there is no point, I wanted these items for a trip I leave on tomorrow.

I opened my gift on the first day of my holiday and wore it for the whole time in the sea and in the pool. I was determined to buy more.

I've ordered a few pieces from Atolea, mainly necklaces and bracelets. They have a great range of jewellery and everything I have ordered has been great quality. I have one necklace over a year, it still looks brand new, it has not tarnished or lost colour despite wearing it constantly. As mentioned on the site the jewellery is waterproof I've worn mine in the shower, pools, sea swimming and there is no change in the quality or colour, they still look brand new. Will be ordering more from this site, really good quality jewellery for the price range.

Purchased because of so many great reviews. Received ~ beginning of April. All looked great. Initially. Items had only been in PURE water (necklace & bracelet) when taking a shower. Honestly only wore for maybe a few weeks before placing it back in velvet bags provided. By May when I went to pull them out to wear they had turned - brassy/fake color. I've bought jewelry plated gold at a fraction of the price that's held up better than this. Went to one of those cheaper alternative stores & got a $20 pair of earrings I've worn every day in shower, ocean & pool and they still look gold ! Wasted $100 here. Save your money.
