I was initially sent an incomplete pack. However, after a phone call the outstanding items were quickly supplied. As promised, the sample I sent were quickly analysed and I was given the results without delay. Some useful advice included with the results as well.

When buying quick dispatch and reply to email. Returned as discussed as not required. Two weeks after they recieved it back a email and phone call later still awaiting refund.

We needed to find out of some garden planters had asbestos in because of they did it would cost over £500 to dispose of .Asbestos Kits were very easy to deal with. The kit came fast,was easy to use and we got the results within 2 days . So grateful. Turns out the planters had no asbestos and we disposed of them at the local centre easily .

Pleased with how easy it was to order a sample pack, safely collect a sample, send it off and have the results emailed back. The cost was surprisingly low against competitors. A negative result has given peace of mind. Happy to recommend and will use again in the future.

Quick and clear response

Ordered kit after despatch cut-off on the Friday paid extra for special delivery next day, so assumed would get it Tuesday. Received despatch email Sat morning ( great I thought), but no tracking number. Come Tuesday, no parcel, requested tracking number from them which I got, which showed parcel posted at a post office just before 5pm on Monday, and was posted signed for small parcels, not special delivery which is what I paid for. Requested refund on the special delivery fee, they ignored my email, so have consulted Paypal. Needless to day, package didn't come Tuesday. Didn't come Wednesday, Didn't come Thursday, finally arrived just before 1pm on the Friday. Yes I know Royal Mail is variable, which is why I paid the extra postage in the first place! The extra annoying thing was the parcel had to be signed for, which means I had to hang around all morning on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, signed for helps sender, doesn't help the recipient in this case, especially there was no tracking available on the package until parcel delivery was attempted. Disappointing, shan't use again.

Helpful call centre staff, results came back same day samples were received at the testing centre. Well priced and will be using them again if I need more testing.
