Didn't post using service I paid extra for.
Ordered kit after despatch cut-off on the Friday paid extra for special delivery next day, so assumed would get it Tuesday. Received despatch email Sat morning ( great I thought), but no tracking number. Come Tuesday, no parcel, requested tracking number from them which I got, which showed parcel posted at a post office just before 5pm on Monday, and was posted signed for small parcels, not special delivery which is what I paid for. Requested refund on the special delivery fee, they ignored my email, so have consulted Paypal. Needless to day, package didn't come Tuesday. Didn't come Wednesday, Didn't come Thursday, finally arrived just before 1pm on the Friday. Yes I know Royal Mail is variable, which is why I paid the extra postage in the first place! The extra annoying thing was the parcel had to be signed for, which means I had to hang around all morning on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, signed for helps sender, doesn't help the recipient in this case, especially there was no tracking available on the package until parcel delivery was attempted. Disappointing, shan't use again.
