I neglected to order a 2nd test sample pack so phoned the company after I had received my kit. They were extremely helpful and sent me the 2nd test sample pack for £10 which was great customer service. The results came back very quickly by email, and the whole process was very efficient. I will definitely use this company again if I find anymore potential asbestos materials in my house.

Very efficient service: I received the sampling kit next day. Then, having collected the samples I posted them back on a bank holiday Monday and got the results just two days later on the Wednesday. The kit came with everything I needed including detailed instructions. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
