Great customer service & delivery team
Overall experience was great! Customer service: called immediately to tell me that they are expecting our sofa. Daily updates via call and WhatsApp on when and what time the expected delivery will be. On the day, early morning update with live tracking. Delivery team: Miro and Kebab were amazing!! Best delivery men we ever met (and we just moved to London so have worked with a number of delivery teams). They were so cheerful, carried the sofa quite a long way to our building, assembled it and took all the wrapping and trash away. They even gave our dog cuddles :) kudos to Miro and Kebab!

The delivery men were lovely, very respectful. Completed task quickly and efficiently, also tidied up boxes and took them away. The delivery men are the face of your company. So pay attention. 5 stars for the workers.
