My delivery could have been simpler …
My delivery took 2 days to arrive due to human error when loading . You have wasted your time ,fuel and Manpower over what would have taken a few minutes to double-check . You need to type out a " Best Practice " sheet . Perhaps type the procedure up in Various languages as I know your a multi cultural employer . 1) load Last delivery on First 2) check multi lots are complete I.e. 1 of 2 ,2 of 2. For Loaders ,Drivers and Porters to follow . This is not me being negative but trying to give you some sound advice on improving your customer experience Regards Steve .

Great delivery. Phoned us to check we were ready for delivery. Phoned again to tell us a date and time. Text on the day with details of arrival time and drivers number etc. Polite and helpful on delivery. Excellent service.

Today we had a furniture order delivered by Paulo & his colleague. I can honestly say that they were the nicest delivery drivers we have ever met. Friendly, helpful and respectful - nothing was too much trouble. An absolute asset to ABS.
