Order paid with DDP incoterms (delivered duty paid) and still had to pay import taxes because on the invoice they state CIF. No answers from the customer's service. The worst shop ever. Go to Mouser.com or TME. They are much better. Arrow will fall soon or later. Better soon than later.
I wish I can give them zero star! My order never delivered. Horrible customer service, no response all the time. Stay away from this shop.
Irresponsible and Terrible services in the times of semiconductor components shortage, getting back-orders for months and cancelling later while being paid fully, acting like a bank with 0% interest from their costumers. We placed two orders for thousands of components and after 3 months they cancelled the orders by just saying just "sorry" and nothing more, the reimbursement of the money takes up to 6 weeks, so basically they had our money for half a year without doing any positive action. Totally avoid this company as much as you can.
Is terrible that every 2 weeks there is a blocking request from Arrow side in order to delay the refounds... Consider we made a payment and the reason of the refound is the impossibility from Arrow to execute the order.
Have tried to order from this company on three occasions in the past two months and have now had enough. Arrow Electronics are incapable of operating as a supplier of electronic component via the internet. It's like dealing with people from the stone age and we have now closed both our company account and use another supplier.

On their Website, the payment is readily taken, before it clearly says how the items would ship. Then hours later the billing shows Two Shipments, even though the place of origin is at the same facility. Immediately I went on the website to COMBINE THE ORDER, to avoid a separate shipping charge. NO RESPONSE. They shipped two tiny resistors that cost a total of $0.83 and charged $5.99 shipping! It's been a week and the most important part of my shipment hasn't arrived.
We were looking for an electric stapler for some minor upholstery work at home. Located the Model T50DCD at Home Depot. An answer to our search. A portable battery powered unit that just fit the bill. The charger hookup is a little tricky. Other than that the unit works fine and meets our needs. A good variety of staples available also. Recommend purchase.
Horrible to do business with. Trying to get an issue resolved and it's like talking to a child.

I ordered product. Arrow said it was shipped & delivered. I never received it. They never charged my credit. Why would a business ship a product without charging my credit card. They blamed the problem on FedEx and would refund my credit card, which was never charged in the first place. The good news I'm not out any money. I usually order from Mouser or Digikey, very reliable and professional companies. Arrow is just the opposite. This will be my first and only interaction with these incompetent buffoons
If you are applying for a position there expect 4 MONTHS until you get a reply. AWEFUL

They are unprofessional and lack any sense of customer service. When we switched companies and the new IT company emailed them instructions (with a link on how to do it properly) to move our O365 service Arrow decided to SHUT US DOWN completely. Either they have no clue how to do such a simple task (with instructions provided) or they are just (as previously stated) unprofessional and lack any customer service. Avoid them.
I ordered a 3.3v microcontroller and they shipped me the 5v version instead. When I complained, they told me I would have to place a new order to receive the correct part. Placed a new order (OVERNIGHT shipping). Two business days later (!) the order was still not shipped. They finally contacted me and said they had no stock of the part, even though their website listed hundreds in stock. The remainder of the order was delivered 6 business days after it was promised. On an overnighted order. Unbelievable. I will never order from Arrow again. Digikey and Mouser would never treat a customer like this.
If they have what you need (in stock), and if all goes well with your order, then they are great. If not, it is horrible. I placed an order on June 5th for delivery on June 6th. All was fine on my end. It never showed up. I tried to call, and could not get through, and they were supposed to return my call. They never did. Sent TWO emails - never responded to either. Called two more times. The first time, same thing - no callback. The next time I actually got through, and they said that there was an issue in their system and it stopped the order from shipping. The agent said that it would ship today. We'll see.... When I asked about the extremely poor customer service, she said they were understaffed. I don't have these issues with DigiKey or Mouser. Buyer beware....
I ordered the wrong driver and realized it after my item shipped. I called the arrow customer service and they refunded me instantly! Not only that but I DID NOT have to pay any return shipping on the wrong item! Not only did they answer my phone calls but then issued a credit memo by email instantly and responded to my email within a day regarding what to do with the wrong part. As it states in their policy this does depend on how much money your items cost and if the actual supplier of the parts is willing to take exchanges. Arrow made it right and I will order any drivers I can through them from now on. Amazing customer service, just call them!
