If all goes well, they are OK. Otherwise, forget it.
If they have what you need (in stock), and if all goes well with your order, then they are great. If not, it is horrible. I placed an order on June 5th for delivery on June 6th. All was fine on my end. It never showed up. I tried to call, and could not get through, and they were supposed to return my call. They never did. Sent TWO emails - never responded to either. Called two more times. The first time, same thing - no callback. The next time I actually got through, and they said that there was an issue in their system and it stopped the order from shipping. The agent said that it would ship today. We'll see.... When I asked about the extremely poor customer service, she said they were understaffed. I don't have these issues with DigiKey or Mouser. Buyer beware....
