Aroma Tea & Coffee Merchants Reviews

Excellent service, super prompt, love their coffee. Thank you!

Bought some beautiful Colombian and Amaretto flavoured beans. Both came in resealable packaging to maximise freshness and the contact free delivery was insanely fast. Ordered at 10pm the night before, it was delivered at 12pm the next day! Cannot recommend enough 🙂

I’ve been buying coffee from Aroma for a long time now. The coffee is fantastic and the service is second to none. I have tried different coffee shops but always come back to aroma because they beat the competition every time. I’ve never had a bad recommendation and during lockdown delivery has been brilliant

Great company selling delicious teas & coffees.

Brilliant service even when in lockdown! We love the coffee and are thankful that we can still get some, super speedy delivery too! I’ve sent some over to my Mum and my Dad so we can all have an online coffee morning together. Thank you Xx

I was recommended Aroma (Shrewsbury) by a friend and am so glad I did. The quality of the coffee is first class and the staff are so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The service is fantastic! I have even sent a little gift from Aroma to a friend and would advise anyone to do the same! Thank you Aroma - you deserve more than 5*

Fantastic tea and coffee from a business that understands and delivers quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. It proves things don't have to be complicated to be great. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Amazingly good service, no, great service! Delivery within less than 24 hours. I'm having a great time sampling different coffees now I'm buying direct and not through my local stockists (although I will support them again when I can). Fantastic coffee, fantastic service. Thank you Aroma x

Thank you for such incredible service during this crisis. Our favourite beans delivered very promptly - amazingly free of delivery charge. Brilliant service

We visit your well stocked emporium every time we’re in Salop. Always a great selection of teas and coffee. Absolutely fantastic online shopping experience with delivery the next day . We will be back soon and be recommending you to all our friends. Thank you for helping us through this 😀

We ordered on line, delivered to our door within 24 hours by aroma coffee themselves!! Pretty fantastic! We've bought coffee from you in Shrewsbury for years, and it's always gorgeous. Thanks so much for providing us with a daily treat during lock down, it is very much appreciated.

Dear ‘Aroma’ Thank you so much for delivering our Mountain Blend coffee beans order so promptly. We really were most impressed with the personal delivery service, and wish you all the best in what must be very difficult times for you. Roy & Sheila Bower

Ordered our favouriute teas yesterday at 3:00pm - delivered at 4:00pm - slightly faster than the speed of light! So much better value that that well known purveyor of fine coffee in Chelsea.

Excellent coffee (Evolution blend) and excellent service, the staff were very helpful in providing suggestions for which blend to try to suit our tastes and the delivery service was very quick too! Very happy to make Aroma our regular coffee provider.

First time ordering tea and coffe online. Aroma were extremely helpful. The tea and coffee arrived promptly and is wonderful as ever! Shall be ordering again. Thank you.

Although the Shropshire roast was developed to suit the local waters, we are delighted to say it travels well, tastes great and is cheering us up during self-isolation. Sheralyn (Oxfordshire)

Ordered, delivered, simple , no fuss service local business working hard to survive ...happy to support it.

Fantastic service during this crisis. We often buy from your shop but live in central London so not up there often. We decided to see if you were online to support you at this time and were delighted you are. We had the most amazing service - coffee delivered to us next day which I am sure will be delicious as always. Thanks for staying open for business online and good luck with the business during these difficult times.

Fabulous shop with an amazing range of teas. I now but all my loose tea from them online and their service is great with reasonable prices. I can't comment on the coffee as I'm not a coffee drinker.

I was running short of my favourite breakfast tea and had to stay at home because of the current crisis.I ordered my tea on line and it arrived the following day. Great service and fabulous tea.
