Excellent Service

I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.

Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Reflections of Canada tour and Inside Passage Cruise

The tour and cruise were excellent, but although Celine our tour manager for the Reflections of the Rockies tour was delightful, she seemed rather disorganised and her directions were often confused and difficult to understand. In contrast, Stephanie, who was responsible for Cruise Liaison on the Inside Passage Cruise was very efficient and gave very clear briefings.

This was the perfect cruise

This was the perfect cruise, so much to see and never a dull moment. All expertly organised and well coordinated to the standard I now expect from APT. The ship is spotless and comfortable I never once had to think about my bad back, sitting and watching the world go by was an absolute pleasure. The food ! So much available and top quality too, a little dieting will be necessary to make up for all the indulgence. And of course the rivers themselves, the Danube, Rhine and Main. Some of the most picturesque views ever

Lovely comfortable ship

Lovely comfortable ship. Excellent cuisine and friendly, professional staff. All the excursions were very interesting, well organised and plenty of choice. An overall wonderful two week cruise.

Not up to APT usual standards.

The experience was not as good as previous APT river cruises. I do not think it was worthy of being designated 5 stars. Travel marvel which is only designated 4 stars have been better in the past. The choice of drinks in the bar were very limited and the bar was closed by 2300 every night. This also meant that you could not get hot drinks or filtered water until breakfast the following morning. Entertainment was virtually none existent with no quizzes or much dancing for the duration of the cruise. Choices of food was also very limited with no choice at all most of the time. Quite often items ran out and were not replaced eg English breakfast tea and yogurts.
