Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

The most amazing Customer Service.
Followed up our online enquiry and telephone message. I phoned and spoke to Jemma Lumsden who provide me a variety of options for the holiday. Jemma listened to all of my thoughts and was able to produce a perfect package for our holiday. The customer service was amazing and Jemma’s communication was first class.

Very satisfactory booking experience
Claudette was very pleasant and attentive. She listened carefully and noted my requests. The booking was made with the minimum fuss and apologies for being on hold whilst flights were checked and arranged. A pleasant and satisfactory booking.

Munich to Budapest Just booked my third cruise with APT for myself and a couple of friends. George from reservations was brilliant he answered all my questions and was really very helpful organising our trip. This is my third cruise with APT and I would certainly recommend them.

European Gems cruise - Capella
We travelled on the Capella ship. The rooms were very comfortable, the food was great and the staff were wonderful. The tours from the ship were very well organised, catering for all travellers. We could not of asked for a better holiday experience.

APT Westerham event November
I met Anton and the other agents at the Westerham Golf Club APT show. Each and every one of them were informative, knowledgeable about each tour, friendly without any hard sales. The day was excellent and we’d traveled from Norwich and so pleased we did. Just booked for us and 3 other couples a river cruise for June.

A really great experience booking our…
A really great experience booking our first river cruise - Anton was wonderful! He answered all my questions, made sure we didn't have to get a flight at a very early hour and searched to find us direct flights to and fro. He gave me all the information I needed and we had a lovely chat during the booking. It was a little noisey in the office which may have had an impact on someone with reduced hearing - but it was good to hear that the staff were obviously enjoying being at work! We're looking forward to our trip very much.

Budapest to Amsterdam River Cruise
We booked our APT river cruise direct through Jonathan at APT London. The promise of the very latest ship lived up to expectations. The cabins were generous and the enormous window cleverly slid down to create a balcony experience. The Crew were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Dining was excellent with a choice of wine and drinks available all included . The excursions were well planned and again all included in the price ! Having your whole holiday taken care of from the return flights and being met at the airport on arrival and returned on departure was first class. The service we received from Jonathan and all on board the Capella Travel Marvel ship was superb.
