Overall satisfied with the brand protection capabilities. The search algorithms are pretty good at finding violations. Wish they had better filtering options to reduce false positives, and the mobile experience needs work.

While it does catch trademark violations, we've had issues with the system flagging legitimate resellers as violations. The manual review process is time-consuming and somewhat defeats the purpose of automation. Support helped resolve most issues but took longer than expected.
