I needed important documents attested and notarised The team did this in the time frame they mentioned online; within 5 days. I’ve only used once and to be honest didn’t read the reviews and I’m happy I didn’t because they made this process very easy and had I read reviews beforehand I probably wouldn’t go ahead. I have a few more documents to attest and will do so without hesitation

I had 2 deed polls for my kids done by this company 1 arrived the other didn't. The lack of effort to help find my document or to resolve my issue it was clear to see they didn't care once the payment has been made

Ordered a child deed poll through their other site - deedpolls.co.uk Incorrectly formatted, only one witness when it needs two, wont be accepted anywhere. Dont waste your money! Emailed to get refund but wont hold my breath!

Extremely disappointed by Aposttile Services' lack of efficiency and poor customer service. As I was facing a deadline to complete my documentation for a Spanish visa, I opted for their fast-track, 1-day service and promptly sent the Apostille Application form along with my document to be legalised (having paid £15 for Special 1st Class Delivery to ensure the document arrived on Friday 15th July). On Wednesday 20th July, I arranged the payment of £165. As I had not received an update from the company; I made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to find out the progress of the document. This was extremely challenging and stressful to do whilst working full time. I did not expect to be nagging and chasing when I had paid £165 for the fast-track service and £15 for postage. I eventually found out there was an issue with the document. Instead of the company taking a proactive approach I had to take matters into my own hands and resolve this issue. After 10 days, the document was finally legalised. I, therefore, missed the submission date for my visa request. As mentioned, I am extremely disappointed by this company's services. Your website guarantees that the document will be completed within 1-3 working days depending on service level and that there will be updates throughout the service. I have emailed to complain about this and (unsurprisingly) have not received a response. I don't recommend this company at all.

It’s been almost two weeks and Documents haven’t arrived; I paid extra for 1/2 day delivery! No response to emails no answer from phone number on web and emails (which is a London landline and goes to an Ee voicemail?). I fear that this is a fake company and I’ve been conned.

I needed a change of name and I needed a company with great service. I looked online & decided to try this company. I was not disappointed, the service was excellent and I managed to get my deed-polls the next day by Special delivery. Communication was very good and I could get a response to my emails in mins. I definitely recommend this company even if it has few reviews, it is really good and u won't be disappointed, I wasn't.
