Had a case booked during cyclone Alfred. Airport was closed, was still charged full amount.

Brilliant staff who were very helpful when our plans all had to change due to cyclone Alfred. Even with the zero excess option they proved cheaper than what we could get through booking.com
We found the service from Apex really good. The car was great value for money and was one of the best we have found on all our trips to Brisbane. The online booking service was really good as well as the service at the airport. We would definitely use them again.
Great service, great prices, easy to deal with
Very happy that we chose Apex. online booking was easy and all inclusive which is handy when crossing toll roads, no nasty surprises, but the car originally booked was not available due to other customers extending their hirage but that was lucky for us as Apex upgraded us to the next model for FREE. wonderful people to deal with, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which is also an inlcuded option. The car we got to drive added that extra bit of sparkle to our entire trip. Thank you Apex.
