Apex Learning is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
The course was very detailed and covered everything I thought it would and more. If ever I had a question Johnny Shaw at the help desk would get back to me in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the course and customer service.

Tons of courses on a wide range of subjects, mostly fully accredited and ab le to be added to your LinkedIn profile. Very good for either adding to employment personnel file or for learning new skills. Customer support very helpful. Courses very enjoyable to do at your own pace at home or wherever you want. Would definitely recommend!
Massive array of courses and diplomas, most levels catered, CPD and a credited bodies also. Great service team if you have any inquiries, they get back to you ASAP! Very good experience and will be learning for years to come with Apex!

Network security, microsoft outlook and electronic and electrical devices course. This course is incredible, ive learned soooooo freaking much and i was super panicked because i felt like i couldn't fit everything into the essay because i was stacked with knowledge. Im well into my 30s and going back to the classroom didnt seem very appealing. Ive gone from phone and tech phobe to actually being able to fix my own equipment.. Ive done many other courses with these guys... So cool... brain is waking up

I had a lot of questions when I started the HLTA course because I hadnβt studied for a long time. Apex learning were excellent because they gave me direction and assurance. Once I got going on my course, I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to others. I felt that I was undergoing complex university lessons at the beginning, but in the end I discovered that everything in the course was very useful and also divergent in many disciplines, and my presentation of the assignment the lesson an imprint on my memory as well.

Saw an ad on Reed courses for this company so I checked them out on Trustpilot and most of the reviews were ok. Decided to contact the company via their web page only to be told that they do not do the course that is advertised on the Reed website. Interesting!. The person dealing with the query clearly had no idea either and made no apology but instead decided to point out that it was a prep course for the course I needed!! Tell me something I didn't already know. You either know what's on offer or you don't. You may not run the actual course but you are clearly offering a course in preparation for it. Surely you should know that! Anyway I decided it would probably be better to go elsewhere.
