Apex Learning is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
The course was very detailed and covered everything I thought it would and more. If ever I had a question Johnny Shaw at the help desk would get back to me in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the course and customer service.

Very good for either adding to employment personnel file or for learning new skills. Customer support very helpful. Courses very enjoyable to do at your own pace at home or wherever you want. Massive array of courses and diplomas, most levels catered, CPD and a credited bodies also. Great service team if you have any inquiries, they get back to you ASAP! Very good experience and will be learning for years to come with Apex!

I reached out to Apex and Stephen promptly took up my case. It was a rather difficult one as I discovered I had mis bought the program. He took time to answer my rather difficult questions and charted a way forward that improved on my outcome
