Apex Learning is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
The course was very detailed and covered everything I thought it would and more. If ever I had a question Johnny Shaw at the help desk would get back to me in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the course and customer service.

Tons of courses on a wide range of subjects, mostly fully accredited and ab le to be added to your LinkedIn profile. Very good for either adding to employment personnel file or for learning new skills. Customer support very helpful. Courses very enjoyable to do at your own pace at home or wherever you want. Would definitely recommend!
Massive array of courses and diplomas, most levels catered, CPD and a credited bodies also. Great service team if you have any inquiries, they get back to you ASAP! Very good experience and will be learning for years to come with Apex!

Had a few initial questions, although the courses I'm doing are simple to access with all the resources you need, I just needed a little reassurance. I spoke with Leo, who was awesome, so helpful. I will definitely continue my learning with Apex in the future. Thanku Leo.

I didnt get my certificate after pass the exam, but Leo sorted the problem out with less than 3 minutes. Luckily, I have my certificate and cant wait to start another course with Apex Learning. Thank you

Firstly, to be as fair as possible, this review is only for the Apex Learning Hairdressing and Barbering course. The course consists of wordy essays about each chapter's topic, surprisingly with no visual instructions. (What on earth?!!) and at the end of some (only some) lessons there is a youtube video which without even a single exception, I found them all for free on youtube. If you are even considering paying for this course, DON'T! and if you have already paid for it, let your money be the only thing you waste, not your time too, do not take the course even if you've paid for it.
