The course was very detailed and covered everything I thought it would and more. If ever I had a question Johnny Shaw at the help desk would get back to me in a timely manner. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the course and customer service.

Tons of enjoyable courses for everyone!

Tons of courses on a wide range of subjects, mostly fully accredited and ab le to be added to your LinkedIn profile. Very good for either adding to employment personnel file or for learning new skills. Customer support very helpful. Courses very enjoyable to do at your own pace at home or wherever you want. Would definitely recommend!

Massive array of courses and diplomas, most levels catered, CPD and a credited bodies also. Great service team if you have any inquiries, they get back to you ASAP! Very good experience and will be learning for years to come with Apex!

Save your money - don’t buy

Poor course content you can find on google. Poor pictures and bad customer service. I accessed a course and they won’t refund me because I bought it through reed.

Course materials were poor didn't provide requested refund

Course materials were poor, AI generated voice. For the price I wasn't expecting much but I wasn't expecting a course that sounded like it was written by AI and contained errors and that was only the first part I looked at. I contacted the company for a refund, as per their FAQs, and was told 3-5 working day which passed and no refund appeared. I had to claim my money back from PayPal (good thing I paid via Paypal)
