Incredible level of service!
I don’t often leave reviews, but the outstanding service I received absolutely deserves recognition. I was a bit late ordering a gift for my wife’s birthday and made an equity via the website’s online chat around 8 a.m. If I wasn’t speaking directly with the owner, then whoever helped me truly deserves a raise! The item I wanted was out of stock—but no problem. They made one especially for me and had it delivered the very next day. First-class service and a very happy wife. Thank you!

Personal service and beautiful products
I recently purchased a couple of items online from Amy Britton, having seen the goods in a couple of retail locations. The service I received was prompt, friendly and with a real personal touch (Amy was able to make up a product for me last minute when the exact colour I wanted was out of stock.) Amy’s products make beautiful gifts and I would highly recommend them. So much nicer than a generic product from a large retail outfit.

Lovely products, with great customer care
The purse and the customer care I received from Amy Britton Accessories was first class. The purse I originally received did have an issue with the zip, this was dealt with very professionally and kindly and was replaced with the addition of a gift which is also of good quality, high standard. The gift was offered, which was a lovely surprise, thank you Amy. The products, fabrics, colours of the accessories sold by Amy Britton Accessories are of very good quality, it is hard to choose, spoilt for choice. I will be buying from them again as I know many of my friends would be delighted to receive these products as a gift. Thank you.
