Incredible level of service!
I don’t often leave reviews, but the outstanding service I received absolutely deserves recognition. I was a bit late ordering a gift for my wife’s birthday and made an equity via the website’s online chat around 8 a.m. If I wasn’t speaking directly with the owner, then whoever helped me truly deserves a raise! The item I wanted was out of stock—but no problem. They made one especially for me and had it delivered the very next day. First-class service and a very happy wife. Thank you!

I bought an AB eyeglass case when I was in Scotland this summer. I was very upset when I lost it after I returned home. I was very excited when I found the website to order a new one. Ordering was easy and I happy yo have a replacement. The only thing that was disappointing, was that I couldn't find the exact color of tweed that I had before. I am happy to have my replacement now!
