THIEVES/SCAMMERS/FRAUD/DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!AMERICA CAR RENTAL IN TUXTLA, GUTIERREZ CHIAPAS AIRPORT. **I noticed they had days without reviews and as soon as my wife lives a bad review a few 5 star reviews show within minutes of hers. SHADY!!!** Over a month since SYLVIA MARIBEL AGUIRRE MORENO "accidentally" charged my card $3,567.91 dollars instead of $320 dollars and I still DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. Sylvia declined my card for $140,000 pesos deposit stating my card was declined which my bank confirm was not true. Sylvia pretty much made us purchase an insurance we did not need or want just so we could leave the airport after 2 hrs of trying to get the rental car. They use FRAUD TACTICS to sell you a product you dont need and on top of that they "accidently" OVER CHARGE YOU BY THE THOUSANDS. Due to her mistake my card was charged a total of $151,804 pesos but YET she misterially said my same card was declined for $140,000 pesos?. Only after I had to purchase her insurance my card went through. Scam at its finest!!! They supposedly did a wire transfer on July 30th but they are short. They sent $3,555.53 dollars instead of the full $3,567.91 dollars they charge by card with. I DEMAND THE FULL AMOUNT THAT WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONCENT!!!. Until today August 12th, 2023 I am still yet to see any money at all from them. They completely lack customer service and are a fraud. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! BE WARNED.
