I dislike not having a contact to speak with an adviser. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Could not access key documents via links
No linked document pre paying for the quote i.e policy details linked via the I (information) sub tabs under the individual subsections could be accessed. Therefore unable to check whether the MoneySupermarket summary equaled the product sold pre purchase. I note this was done on multiple links with 'something went wrong - refresh' requests not working. One section allowed a download but the files were unreadible e.g LV_Alllianz_Home_DO1.pdf I have been waiting 5 minutes for the policy summary to download (no problems with anyone elses site/documents). I will give up shortly!! So I can not verify the start date even. Otherwise system screens had a good clear design
