Because of inventory issues, my order was canceled today (at my request) about 1 1/2 weeks after order placed. A little better understanding of inventory communicated via your website would be helpful to your customers. (With two calls placed before the 3rd to cancel the order, it seems the support staff doesnt always have access to real time inventory info either.). Also I was informed that you don’t have any mechanism to send an order cancelation confirmation. Improvement in both of these areas could greatly ease the burden on your support staff, and provide critical information to your customers. Support staff polite though. It simply appeared like backend logistics and processes need improvement.

I still have not received the immersion table after over 2 weeks. Your logistic customer service is awful. When are you delivering?

Was billed twice for my order, this happens every order and I’m done with this company.

Product is very good. Delivery was very fast. Only complaint is that the product information wasn't quite complete, and my request for further information was never answered.

Allegro Medical delivers with excellence, both literally and figuratively. I do wish however, that on the website there were more options in the “Continue Shopping” box in your Cart other than Home and last…

When purchasing a product that NOWHERE does it say the item is back ordered, you expect it to be available. However, after purchasing I receive an email stating that the items are “currently unavailable” and are “backordered”. It would be nice for the buyer to be able and see that the item is backordered PRIOR to purchasing the product.

Allegro states they have a low price guarantee. It is lip service to make naïve customers believe they likely have the best price. I gave them the website, the product name, the product sku#, and the representative looked at it and stated she needed to put me on hold. 10 minutes later she returned and told me that because the other website did not show the manufacturer's product number, and therefore they could not honor the lower price. I pointed out that 1) The company, Smith-Nephew, only made 1 product called "Skin-Prep Protective Wipes", and only make 1 package size--50 per box, and additionally the mfg product number was shown on the box in the photo. She replied that they don't go off of the number pictured because the picture could be different than the actual product. No website anywhere has a product by that name that is different than the one Allegra has. If you don't want to lower the price by $2 to stand behind your low price guarantee by use of crazy rationalization, do everyone a favor and just sell products and be the lowest most of the time--quit with the low price guarantee nonsense.

Allegro is a good source for most of the personal care products that I use daily.
