inventory problems
Because of inventory issues, my order was canceled today (at my request) about 1 1/2 weeks after order placed. A little better understanding of inventory communicated via your website would be helpful to your customers. (With two calls placed before the 3rd to cancel the order, it seems the support staff doesnt always have access to real time inventory info either.). Also I was informed that you don’t have any mechanism to send an order cancelation confirmation. Improvement in both of these areas could greatly ease the burden on your support staff, and provide critical information to your customers. Support staff polite though. It simply appeared like backend logistics and processes need improvement.
